By accessing or using Olphin (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Olphin is an online platform that provides AI-powered video and image generation services, including tools for uploading inputs, prompting, generation workflows, and output management.

Some features may require a paid plan or virtual credits. Service availability, model access, and feature scope may vary by region, plan, account status, or technical constraints.

You may use certain services immediately after registration. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

When paid features are offered, subscriptions or purchases begin after successful payment through the payment methods available at checkout.

You are responsible for all applicable fees, taxes, and transaction charges required by law. Pricing, packages, and payment methods may change over time.

You represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Platform only with parental or legal guardian supervision.

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including software, systems, branding, and service architecture.

You retain your rights in content you upload, to the extent permitted by law and subject to rights required for Platform operation.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit uploaded and generated content solely to provide, maintain, moderate, secure, and improve the Services.

You represent that your uploaded content does not infringe third-party rights and that you have all necessary permissions to use it.

Credits are virtual items used to access generation features. Credits are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for legal tender.

Credits cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, traded, pledged, or redeemed outside the Platform unless expressly permitted by applicable law.

Credit balances, pricing, consumption rates, earning rules, and package structures are displayed in product surfaces and may change over time.

• Credit earning: We may offer sign-up bonuses, daily check-ins, purchases, promotional campaigns, referral rewards, or event-based grants.
• Credit expiration: Purchased, free, or promotional credits may have different validity rules as described at the time of issuance.
• Credit usage: Credits are consumed when generation or related paid actions are performed; costs vary by model, duration, quality, and feature type.
• Deduction priority: If multiple credit categories exist, deduction order is determined by Platform rules (for example, earliest-expiring promotional credits first).
• No refunds: Unless required by applicable law or explicitly provided by us, credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Platform closure or account termination: Unused credits may become unavailable if the Platform is discontinued or your account is terminated for violations.
• Prohibited conduct: You may not exploit bugs, automate abusive claiming, manipulate payment flows, or use multiple accounts to bypass credit restrictions.

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and not in a manner that disrupts infrastructure, bypasses security, or harms others.

You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, tamper with, or attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.

You must not upload, generate, or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or malicious content.

NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, and nudity-related content is strictly prohibited.

We may use automated or manual moderation and may reject, remove, block, or report violating content and accounts.

• No sexually explicit content, including pornographic imagery, nudity, explicit sexual acts, or suggestive undressing contexts.
• No exploitation or sexualization of minors under any circumstances.
• No illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or violent-extremist content.
• No privacy violations, doxxing, or misuse of personal information without consent.
• No malware, harmful code, phishing, or fraud-related content.
• No infringement of copyright, trademark, publicity, or other third-party rights.

If you believe your copyright or other legal rights are infringed by content on the Platform, you may submit a written notice with sufficient detail for us to review.

Notices should include your contact details, claimed right, description of the allegedly infringing material, and a statement of good-faith belief in the claim.

We may remove or disable access to reported content while investigating and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

Olphin provides an independent interface and workflow layer built on or around third-party AI technologies.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by third-party model providers unless explicitly stated by us in writing.

References to third-party models are for feature description and interoperability context only.

Model outputs may vary and may be affected by upstream provider constraints, safety systems, policy changes, outages, or geographic availability.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Olphin and its operators, affiliates, personnel, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific generation outcomes, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Our aggregate liability arising from or related to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to us for paid Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, products, and services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy practices, or performance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of HKSAR, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted on this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal compliance, security incidents, fraud, abuse, operational needs, or prolonged inactivity.

We may assign, transfer, or delegate rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, asset transfer, or service operations.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional posted terms for specific features, form the entire agreement between you and Olphin regarding the Platform.
